The concept of Chinese changes with time, what I am talking about is the Chinese mentality now. 50 years ago the mentality can be different, now you just can't mobilize the people behind you fighting a civil war, but fighting Indians is different story.

It doesn't matter you are republic of China or the people's republic of China, when it comes to Chinese territories, the two sides share the same ground.
