This case was filed already and ECP referred it to supreme court, a bench of two sitting judges dismissed the case in favor of Imran Khan after hearings. The thing is, Iftikhar Ch, has no capacity to reopen that case, only ECP or Supreme Court itself can open this case now, that too under some conditions. Otherwise, this case is done and dusted.
