Arriving in Pakistan on August 15, an Indian recounts his visit

I was born, raised and still live in London. Have done so for the last 35 years. And have friends of all races bar indians. My personal experience is completely different and opposite of yours. Growing up and living in a place all your life gives you a more accurate assessment of a city than a foreigner who has lived their for a few years. Besides it is very difficult for an indian to describe the relationships of Pakistanis with others just as I cannot from an indian POV.

You are too old....may be your experience is different. I am saying from the new gen perspective.

OK..Let me over simply this... have u ever tried to enjoy a bollywood movie with Ethiopian...or Cherished "Chupke Chupke raat din.." by Ghulam Ali with a Kenyan.
I repeat make people from 100 nations stand in front of me...I will identify myself closer to a Pakistani than anyone else.
(I am talking here about similarities and not differences, yes there are many and we have fought wars over them.)

I wouldn't know as I have never watched an indian film, indian program or anything indian my entire life and I never will. I don' t like indian culture, religion or people. I find anything indian completely and utterly repulsive.

That's the point. When I was young some 10-15 years ago what you said in earlier posts carried some weight. But looking at the younger Muslim generation now in London and having younger relatives, it may not be happening in large numbers yet, but an increasing number of Pakistanis, Afghans, Arabs and Persians are intermarrying with one another. It is becoming more common and accepted now than say 3-4 years ago.

I had too many personal relationships with different races and religions to make me agnostic about race/religion. To me what matters is whether one has the class or successful or educated. I have no qualm in marring a Muslim girl if she has the class or is successful or is educated.

It's a racial and physical attraction thing. Certain races are more physically attracted to one other than others. And certain races are far more attractive than others.

I don't know but I am hugely popular among girls (irrespective of their nationalities) and I am an Indian.
