How many more Dam's and canals do we have to build before you have the courage to admit the IWT is dead ?

If you really believe the hosting Bugti will STRENGTHEN pakistan then the most logical action would be to SUPPORT this move by the GoI and then we will both be in agreement.

Actually, they're technically not. As the international court of arbitration has noted, as long as the flow of river water is not stopped, India has not violated the treaty. I believe that the treaty itself does not mention the construction of dams, reservoirs...etc, only that the flow of water cannot be diverted or stopped.

Trust me, if the IWT was dead, it would be a declaration of war. Pakistan would go to court over it, and if that fails, would formally declare war, and Pakistan wouldn't be alone. Pakistan isn't the only country to benefit from the Indus.

Pakistan is already waging an undeclared war on India since 1947 , only difference it would do openly now. Which other countries would join pakistan ? China? why would they risk their soldiers blood for some other country?

Setting up a govt. in exile will mean that from now on India will Officially consider Baluchistan a Independent country and its people under the illegal occupation of pakistan.

Balochistan is officially recognized province of Pakistan.

Only on behalf of Bughti and some friends of Bughti Pakistan cant abandoned Balochistan, Baloch people is integrated part of pakistani society , there are more Baloch in Sindh and Punjab then Balochistan.
