Army Hospital at Drugmulla was targeted by miscreants. This hospital treats more civilian population than Army Men. Last year it gave free treatment to more than 10,000 civilians. Targeting medical installations and hospitals is highly reprehensible. Elders in the society should educate youth not to indulge in such acts
