I don't think it was iskamdar because it was a liquid fuel based missiles whereas iskandar's main rocket motor is solid fuel based. Besides this one is much larger in size/dimensions as compared to iskandar so wrong tweet, news, information, whatever you want to call it. It was basically a scud missile fired by ----
