Only because of two reasons, Muslim leaders never tried to Islamicize India despite hindutva propoganda claims. The closest leader to try was Aurangzeb and that was near end of Muslim rule in India. Second reason Indians breed like rabbits so numbers were always going to remain high meanwhile other areas under Muslim rule got attacked by Mongols who destroyed almost everything which had to do with non Islamic religion and massacred millions but Mongols were never able to get to Islamic heartland so Islam itself was saved and in fact most Mongol khanates later Khans became Muslims themselves. India was saved from Mongol onslaught by the Muslims themselves named the Khilijis.

Mongols left the delhi sultunate because they did not give refuge to persian shah.Muslim rulers genocided all non muslims as much as possible and this is given in accounts and recordings of muslim writers and historians of those times,because they deemed the genocides to be in service of islam

I'm neither. The region south of Goa too never came under the Mughals or any other Islamic kingdoms of the South.

Goa and parts around it came under portuguese rule that's why aurangzeb did not attack them

Nope. The Portuguese colony of Goa never spread beyond it's present borders. Our region was firstly under the Vijaynagar empire and thereafter was ruled for a while by a succession of smaller Hindu kingdoms before coming under Maratha rule and ultimately under British rule.

Wrong Mongols did try to invade and the Delhi Sultanate repulsed them more than once and built fortifications to protect South Asia, threads on this forum exist on the topic.

Tamerlane killed more Muslims than Hindus it had nothing to do with his beliefs he was power hungry and even attacked more Muslims empires in the West including Ottomans.

Temurlane killed hindus mostly in India,he admitted it to be in service of islam.Though he attacked other muslim empires also.

They acted as a good barrier in a way. Kept the Mughals at bay. Plus, they also kept the Bahmani sultans engaged, which was probably the reason why that region could not be annexed by Bijapur. Tipu Sultan came closest to annexing the region, but the British defeated him and ended his threat.

Northern India did come entirely under muslim rule for 700-800 years,with gaps in between.South did not come until late mughal times,extreme south and northeast never came.From where do you come though.

Sindh and Balochistan fell to Arabs in 712AD when Qasim defeated dahir.Though they were evicted from Sindh, Balochistan remained under Muslims thereafter.

Not entirely correct regarding the bolded part. The Bahmani Sultanate had already occupied the area as early as 1350.
