I've never gripped with posting something here more than I did about this thread. I do fear being persecuted for this here but I have always been striven to express the words I hold to be true. So here it goes, advanced apologies if I offend anyone, that's not the intent.

I wish to let you people know that it is possible for enemies to be respectful to each other. And successful rivalries are those that have made each nation better in that competition. I believe, competition is a very human experience and I often say that 'one may be known by their company but they're defined by their enemy.' That makes you realistic about your opponent and more likely to win because hatred clouds the mind. A wise person would be wise to control it.

In that spirit I've a couple of questions:

Q1. What in your enemy's national culture do you admire?
Q2. What in your enemy's military do you admire or find commendable?
Q3. What would you like to say to an equal of yours from the other side?
Q4. Do you wish for a day of peace? What would you like to offer the other side for it?
Q5. Do you wish to or have ever desired of visiting the enemy's nation? If so, where to specifically and why?

.
My answer
Q1. What in your enemy's national culture do you admire?
The literature and poetry as well as the history
Q2. What in your enemy's military do you admire or find commendable?
Their idea of combining the defense academies and organizational change in the army to be commanded by a Col rather than a Lt Col which makes them of equal rank/ exp in the sister services (air force and Navy).
Q3. What would you like to say to an equal of yours from the other side?

I'd like to discuss the psychological issue of their side as well as ours and compare notes.

Q4. Do you wish for a day of peace? What would you like to offer the other side for it?
Yes. I'd offer them any deal in which the advantage is maximized for all parties, regardless of powerplays.

Q5. Do you wish to or have ever desired of visiting the enemy's nation? If so, where to specifically and why?

Yes. I have always wanted to visit the other side and complete the trip of GT road to its end because I love history of this region.

PDF is an exception. I've always gotten along with people from Pak when I've met them in Uni or overseas. Here everyone is on some major chest thumping jingoistic trip. Not just here, but all over the Internet.

Bro, we understand your sentiments. Unfortunately, there is no room for like with a foe that hates our existence and well being from the heart. Unless Kashmir is not resolved all these questions are meaningless.

Try indian defence sites and tell me who is worse

We do not go to Indian sites because of how bad they are. But why are people trying to reach that level is something I cannot understand.

A1 : Quite a tough question, we are generalizing multiple cultures and races with different history and traditions into ONE singular entity just like the nation India.

However, if we look at it from a generalized perspective, notice one thing common in most indians, and that is low to average spending which in turn keeps a human happy and satisfied with less wishes that one can’t achieve easily.

A2 : Seriously disappointed on indian military, extremely bad budget application, poor planning, swelling forces which aren’t managed professionally (This is my feeling after going through 1000s of news since some years about them), however, i do admire their courage to come face to face SOMETIMES with Pakistan Military. Not everyone can have such courage to stand up to us.

A3 : If I initiate, i would talk as if i am talking to a human being regardless of religion or nation, however, i do have a belief “Respect and be respected”, if i hear something really negative about my nation or religion which is actually false, i will assess the person if he is ignorant or a debative/understanding person, ignoring the former while countering the latter with humble attitude.

A4 : Peace matters above all, Subcontinent could have been at some different higher plateau had there not been constant wars and conflicts over a piece of land or hatred against Ideology of Pakistan. If i had a day of peace, i would play truth or dare and when i get a dare, i would dare them to get another day of peace and continue the cycle :D.
On a serious note, i would give a presentation on various business and trade initiatives which will benefit both countries greatly and try to raise some examples of products that can be sourced from each other, how cheap they would cost as compared to current suppliers due to less transportation and freight charges.

A5 : I don’t have any wish or desire to visit India, however, i admire some videos from Mumbai rains and greenry, and forests of Tamil/Kerala/Hyderabad (nature has no boundaries to be admired).

I still think the message should always be that we're not against any person there. This is a clash of governments and politics, not of humans.

Yeah, there's even a thread about my sleep cycles. Seriously though.
I think you recently became active

I'd love to have a nature tour of the subcontinent regardless of boundaries too.

I believe that genesis of conflict, between India and Pakistan, is rather far deeper even than that and it wouldn't resolve easily, as has been demonstrated, time and again.
