additional question: why is it that u using russian engine is a temporary solution, but India buying engines from abroad for LCA makes it a total failure that too with COMPLETE foreign tech involved (even if LCA is flying extensively on tests right now!!)???

The LCA is a failed project just like Arjun, it won't even become fully operational before 2013.

IN YOUR FIRST STATEMENT U SAID, SINCE TEJAS WILL BE OPERATIONAL ONLY BY 2013, AND IT HAS TAKEN 30 YEARS TO COME UP, SO IT IS A FAILURE. U GAVE EXAMPLE OF ARJUN, WHICH INCIDENTLY IS NOW JOINING ARMY IN A FUNCTIONAL ROLE, IN SPITE OF THE DELAYS.

We bought some Russian weapons before, then we make our own.

India just keeps buying the foreign weapons without the capability of making its own.

AND NOW U SAY THAT INDIA KEEPS BUYING FOREIGN ITEMS, AND DOESN'T HAVE CAPABILITY OF ITS OWN.

so i understand two things:
1. U are contradicting yourself, because u r trying anyhow to prove India as a fail. The problem is that your great IQ is resulting in u accepting without realising that Indian tech like LCA and Arjun have been success (even with the delays, which are natural for any start up.)

2. U are yourself accepting that China first imported tech,and then SUDDENLY, stopped importing and then made exact replicaa of the original ones with some Chinese name!!! so that proves u as a copycat stealing tech, and now it makes sense why no one wants to export new tech to u!!!!
