He destroyed:

142 Iraqi tanks
51 Armored vehicles

with TOW missiles. Also 50 tanks and armored vehicles were captured intact after Iraqi forces used to flee the scene seeing him 'playing' his game.

These are pretty much ineffective against the new K2 blackpanther and i doubt it would even penetrate the armor of the K1E1. But would probably destroy the M48
The AT-4 is obsolete even with the 9M11M.

Quite likely, such a missile at a greater than 60-degree angle away from front (i.e. top, side or rear) will still kill your K2 tank very dead
