He is ignorant. I live here so I know better. In my school there are few pathans. However unlike in slave pakistan,here, no one considers them special. They look like everyone else. Kashmiris look down upon pathans. Pathans are considered very uncultured and uncivilized in kashmiri culture.

Indians are just as racist as anybody else, and just as tolerant as anybody else.

There is no "Most racist country" tag that you can tag India with. When there is diversity there is bound to be conflicts. Everything cannot exist in perfect harmony. Such is life. Deal with it. Its the same in India or elsewhere.

That said, India doesnt really care about skin color. Yes caste discrimination might exist. Ethnic discrimination against NE people might exist. But the good part is we are far more tolerant than we are biased. There are far more instances of acceptance than discrimination.

Pakistan is probably one of the most racist out there ever. Fake sense of religious superiority, a fake sense of racial and cultural superiority etc., But none of that superiority materializing into successes.

Nice - so in conclusion we are all racist. In my opinion, it is not as much racism as it is prejudice. To be racist, you have to have the people of the same race in the locality, vicinity, city, country.

I would say Indians are racist toward Africans.

I would say they are prejudiced against other races - Chinese in particular but are also prejudiced against other Orientals as well as against whites.
