Good question sir.If you think women are wrong to go out in a democratic country on its independence day than what else can I say ?
Also at one end you saying women should bear the main responsibility and in second para you saying culprits are punished in Iran. Tell me which culprit you talking about ? The women or the abusive man ? Because somehow I think you consider women the culprit
Another video, another girl. This time she didn't invite someone. Same day 14 August.
is it allowed to take pictures or videos of someone like this? under law?
Common thing from an unemployed young man who cannot marry hence what you see. Marriage brings responsibility and sense of protecting weak from harms, something that most of unmarried young lack the most.

@Mugwop @Hiraa @Irfan Baloch @SQ8, now there will be some members on this thread too who will blame those girls for being out at night.
The first thing for general security will be for the provinces to ban motorcycles. These vehicles are easy getaway vehicles for crimes including like this and allow men to use these vehicles for wayward behavior like this.
Pakistan was as worse as this, only difference is back in the day there was no digital media or internet to show/spread these incidentsPakistan was completely unlike this back in the 1980s and 1990s. How things have changed for the worst...........
If we ask that women should not go out at night alone or we ask that they be modest in their dressing or we ask women should not be out at night on such events then such commies goes baboon and shouts but then he suggests to ban motorcycles lolz. So banning bike is fine, on which many ppl's livelihood may depend but its wrong to ask women to dress modestly or not go out alone at night. I guess you ppl have lost ur brains.
I blame **** and Bollywood movies.. there's this pre-conceived notion among peasant men from the region that women are just waiting for some guy to do this to them.
That they don't mind it, that they're just waiting for some guy to make the 'first move', moves like these..
Politeness from the woman's side is now being interpreted as a carte blanche to approach them even more..
These virgin peasant will keep this up until you fix the problem at it's core... Women don't want Tharkis.. Despite what the media might portray.
Bollywood has normalized chasing women around with groups of your friends just to get her to agree to see you... and people wonder where things went wrong in our society..
Keep pretending sex education is not needed... keep letting this stuff happen.. it's on our conservative know-it-alls, who are vehemently against tackling the topic of sex and sexuality, who are to blame for this.
1. Were those girls wearing the mini-est of miniskirts ? Man, they were wearing salwar kameez ? Is that not "modest" enough for you ? Stop blaming the victims.
2. Build a society where such criminals are not left to rule the night like stray dogs do ( eliminate the stray dogs ) and instead where the general public, including women are safe in the night. Being out at night at 9 PM, say returning from dining out, doesn't mean that women should be blamed for being the victims of such crimes. Blame these criminals and not those two victims. Will you build such a society ?
3. Banning bikes is not only good from a security perspective it will also enable a lot less chaotic society and less environment-harming society. In fact ban all privately-owned personal transport vehicles - two-wheelers and four-wheelers - for those reasons. Make efficient mass public transport ( ideally buses ) and taxis. As for people's livelihoods, like garage people, transfer their skills to the new system. Allow them to build collective businesses and such like. What should be your priority - allowing social and environmental disharmony to continue or building a harmonious society ?
According to PDF members ( Pakistan and Bangladesh) , no one watches Bollywood in their country.
unfortunately this is true of south asians. polapain will buy a motorbike (from his dad's ill gotten wealth) thinking he is ishmart , ride along with his pals and catcall women on their way.I blame **** and Bollywood movies.. there's this pre-conceived notion among peasant men from the region that women are just waiting for some guy to do this to them.
