It doesn't matter what race, colour, religion, ethnicity or heritage you come from. Everyone in this day and age needs to be physically fit, athletic and well versed in a form of self-defence. We should start encouraging the youngsters in our community to take up boxing, Karate, Judo, MMA etc.
