It is not wireless, so it cannot be hacked or jammed. Unless the hacking was done by the operator.

The new auto-canon fron the first photo has been fiited to PLAN replenishment ship Qinghaihu #885. She has just set sail on July 02nd on Anti-piracy mission in Indian Ocean.
