Its about the young man who police charge sheet said is the main character in the crime , he rape and killed the girl.
It was found out , he is innocent of the crime as he rephotographed at in Delhi ATM booth and band records also supported it. So court exonerated him
but held his father and cousin guilty which they have appealed.

This FIR is on the sit member who had tortured the young man and his friends to confess wrongdoings.

And very soon not only the young man but his father and cousins too would be freed too

Obviously the matter is in appeal. Those who get convicted always appeal the conviction before a higher court. That doesn't mean that they will be acquitted. If they are ever acquitted then we can discuss it. No point doing it now.
