Allegations of torture/coercion have been made against the SIT members (half of whom are Hindu btw), which need to be investigated so an FIR was required. If they are innocent nothing will come out of the investigation or the high court might quash the FIR even before the investigation concludes if deems fit.

Yeah yeah I have already read that

I won't be surprised if these rapists are acquitted by Indian courts on basis of same torture and coercion

Most of the accused have already been convicted.

The allegation of torture and coercion are for obtaining false evidence against one guy who was acquitted.

Modi and Shah were never convicted unlike these guys. Clearly there is evidence against these guys which wasn't there against Shah-Modi.

Conviction could be overturned but what is the basis of that assumption. This is just speculation at this stage. Right now they are all convicted. IF the conviction is overturned, then that can be discussed.

Its about the young man who police charge sheet said is the main character in the crime , he rape and killed the girl.
It was found out , he is innocent of the crime as he rephotographed at in Delhi ATM booth and band records also supported it. So court exonerated him
but held his father and cousin guilty which they have appealed.

This FIR is on the sit member who had tortured the young man and his friends to confess wrongdoings.

I don't want to send them to Pakistan. I am wondering if there is a refugee crisis in Pakistan for our misdoings with our fellow muslims. If not, please look at your own minorities. If so, I suggested you take care of them.

There is no concept of division per our constitution. Land belongs to state (constitution is supreme) not it's people.
People are free to emigrate.
