he is still a pain in the ***, instead of killing in italy he will do it else where. Should have locked him up and deport after 10 years. By that time he would have either realized his erring ways or would have no zeal to get killed.Tunisia is free to do with him what they want. Its not like we kick him out of a car. He enters at airport and can be arrested there from tunisian authorities.
bunga bunga, if he was why would he be wasting time with us or worrying about the tunisian guyHas he invited you to his banga banga parties?
Ooopsbunga bunga, if he was why would he be wasting time with us or worrying about the tunisian guy

and no, he cant come back. The law has many aspects. His deportation is just one.
His property gets confiscated by the state. He gets a permanent ban to enter Italy and with this also banned from EU through the Schengen agreement. He is send back to tunisia because thats where he comes from. In other words, he gets destroyed.
The law is swift and brutal. One single FB post is enough to initiate instant deportation. There is no long debate. They get arrested, court happenes next day and then ciao.
this law also allows for arrest but this would cost more money. its cheaper to just deport them.
There were cases last month where some youth from morocco shared ISIS pics on whatsapp and got deported with family. The message is clear: zero tolerance for this.
Thats the dirtbag:
look how sad he looks.
Better not to have facebook then, what if someone jokes about isis or a post is missunderstood?
The beard is usually the give away, if they have beard there is a big chance they are extreme.
@MarkusS you've failed to mention what he said on FB
they will have to file and prove the charges if they want to jail him... deportation is the cheap 'its not my problem' route.Deported seriously? why not put him in jail?
Look what a badass he was on FB
Thats the profile of his pixeled jihadi friend. I guess he is never alone right now as well

I hope they plaed this song when they banned him into the phantom zone (aka northern africa)
And honestly...be serious...would you cry when jihadi ali gets kicked out of. your country and it turns out to be a joke? I think you couldnt care less. Thats one of the points italians and turks swim on the same line, dont you think?
I wouldn't visit his facebook page or his friends if I were you, you might get in trouble.
It depends, what kind of permit did he have to stay in Italy in the first place? Was it a refugee thing? He is from Tunisia not Syria.
You won't find anyone from Tunisia living in Turkey for instance.
I'd also like to know if he has kids or family in Italy.
Just kicking someone out for some isis joke is wrong in my eyes, if it was that easy you can just go home to some arabs computer and Like some isis page on facebook and call the cops and get him kicked out. It can be abused easily.
If really guilty kick out, as you said this guy said he'd like to do the same and praised the attack in france, so he deserves not only kicking out buy also interrogations.
You Italians need to stop letting them in NOW, not just arabs but other Africans too, I've met some africans that are more extreme muslims than the arabs.
Italy is the capitol of christianity, The Vatican. These terrorists main goal would be that, so stop taking them in and kick out anyone that you can prove has done wrong. (don't be unfair).
I'm starting to think the police and intelligence agency in Italy is very good, you have the Vatican but still not a single attack, while many attacks in France.

Nah, Italy is not being attacked as it is insiginificant
to ISIS. Italy has little military or political power.
