Tunisia is free to do with him what they want. Its not like we kick him out of a car. He enters at airport and can be arrested there from tunisian authorities.

and no, he cant come back. The law has many aspects. His deportation is just one.

His property gets confiscated by the state. He gets a permanent ban to enter Italy and with this also banned from EU through the Schengen agreement. He is send back to tunisia because thats where he comes from. In other words, he gets destroyed.

The law is swift and brutal. One single FB post is enough to initiate instant deportation. There is no long debate. They get arrested, court happenes next day and then ciao.

this law also allows for arrest but this would cost more money. its cheaper to just deport them.

There were cases last month where some youth from morocco shared ISIS pics on whatsapp and got deported with family. The message is clear: zero tolerance for this.

I think they check evrything. Another Jihadi was deported because sharing ISIS propaganda on whatsapp. In the end i guess they just want get rid of this scum. i mean what kind of trial is this? they get arrested, court next day and flight one day later.
