The title of this thread should clearly mention 'Indian news channel' and not 'Indian Media'. Indian media is a far broader term which also includes Indian TV entertainment channels, print media, radio & cinema. Your country's obsession with Indian media has no bounds, and you know it.

Even here in the tolerant British society, air time is given to the far right party members to air their view, does that qualify for the likes of BBC to be labelled as an extremist channel .???....there's a world of difference between a person appearing on a talk show to convey his personal opinion and to that of a set up generating all it's effort and energy to either malign a country or merely resorting to chest thumping.

You understanding of broadcast news production is a little skewed. There is big difference between interviewing a perceived radical and placing an established radical, on the channel's panel discussion as an expert or as an authority on the subject. The difference between the former and the latter is the difference between something like a BBC and the impoverished networks in Pakistan and India.

Faith in a nutcase like ZH as an expert commentator (you tube is flooded with videos of ZH on panel discussions) only speaks volumes about inclinations of the respective networks.

I'm sure there's another term to purposely digressing from the psyche of the subject.!!

You're making me slurrrpp and droool! That's highly unfair, seeing that I'm a million miles away! But Lahori kababs from Anarkali bazaar are my favorite and gorge on them whenever I'm visiting there. I'll try Peshawri kahwa next time!
