obsession would be searching the net for this photo and then opening a thread on it .

obsession is when people become 'Think Tank' , 'Generals' by scavanging for news that
is not right for India, and posting here be it strike by muniCipality workers.
A cursory look at threads will confirm this - This forum is more about India than pakistan. Existance of Posters like Zarvan, kahonapyarhai, windjammer, Areesh, Singaporeguy etc rests on posting news or commenting on India specific news.
TOI is talking about affect on India due to this development, only a silly mind would considering this article about pakitan.

Wow a Special page on Nawaz Sharif dismissal in Times of India. This is quiet unusual which I feel points towards one thing and that is India has put all eggs in Nawaz's basket.

It seems Indian government has no ground work or alternate policy of dealing with other Pakistani leaders which in my personal opinion is not good. Nawaz Sharif may seems more friendly to Indians but I feel India should work on knowing other leaders including Zardari IK or even less known politicians who could climb to power.


Nawaz has always been having ego problem and cashed votes on confrontational politics.. He in now way can alley any Indian concerns or worries wrgt to Kashmir or even non state actors since his party had been accused of collaborating with such groups in Punjab whereas other political parties have hardly such open connection.

I say it with conviction that India drastically needs an alternate foreign policy viz a viz Pakistan and Pakistani politicians.

BTW the lead headline is wonderful.

China India issue an international concern my dear whereas Pakistani internal politics is just an internal issue which won't affect the world at large..
The way the dismissal of Sharif is mourned in India more than Pakistan it shows that You indians were expecting too much from him.

I can understand I have no issue with media coverage in India related to Pakistani issues. I was talking about the sadness and anger there over removal of NS.

It was an army president which have more realistic policy on Kashmir and it was a win win for both.

Benazir's death or APS tragedy was a human story and media people know how important are human interest stories so you were bound to do that we also do the same.
