There is alway limit to everything if those limits are crossed many issue are created.Freedom of speech Y does this freedom to speech has alway come down to hurting Muslims sentiments. What about Holocaust ,what about Mass killing of people in IHK , and much more.

You have no idea buddy how Hindus are treated in India. Every political party considers valid/invalid demand of Muslims to get their vote. It is very easy to criticize Hindus or their act in India, media is always after them, but I have hardly seen one debate which is anti Muslim in media. Try to find one and let me know.

My personal view, both sides were wrong. They should allow him to come, and the other should have not read what others feel offensive.

But their are many protectors of minority interest in India, no one cares for majority.

In one of the IITs, there is a specific course on literature which critically analyses the claims and counterclaims of religious groups and reason for their BAN in INDIA. The entire course material consists of stuffs which are banned in INDIA. eg. The alternate mahabharata.

@topic: India is a democratic country not theocratic. In MF hussain case Supreme court gave an order that his work was not offensive but freedom of expression. He was never banned in India.

By not allowing Mr rushdi Kongress have shown there true nature. It is widely said in India that A special minority is Damad "Son in law" (Bride of daughter) of Kongress.
