ANALYSIS: India's LCA programme keeps on fighting

Becos the goal post keeps changing. The MMRCA program began in 2007- and it is only in 2016 last year that the 36 jets have finally been officially purchased. This means it took 9 years just to BUY some planes.

Thus, habitual procrastination is the hallmark of the Indian nation.

Grats on finally producing a 3rd generation light class fighter in 2016. Wait a min, u guys took 33 years to make a light class plane. Atually, Indian R&D and industrial capability are so primitive and limited that Indians can always only try and undertake light class projects.

Light combat aircraft <== 3rd generation bird that took up 33 years of development and completed at a time when other airforce around the world are inducting 4.5 generation or even 5th generation birds. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HAL_Tejas

Light utility helicopter <== crashed 4 times that Ecuador demanded a refund https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HAL_Dhruv

Light transport plane <== abandoned for good last year after 12 years in development https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAL_Saras

Light tank <== cancelled after 13 years in development https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DRDO_light_tank

welcome..!

Off course it's the best stealth fighter out there.....after all it remained invisible for almost thirty years,

Wake up ans smell the coffee, can you not see it flying without crashing? ohh wait, there is one plane flies but crashes as well.
