ToT is only the first part of the story. There will also have to be detailed compilation of the knowledge, storing of the knowledge and then dissemination of that to the next generation. To put it in simple terms, knowledge management. This knowledge will then need to be shared with premier research organisations and institutes instead of blackholing it in one organisation. If we are able to do this, we can truly come up with break through technologies in the next 25 to 30 years.
