An invetion from Pakistan for jet engines and nobody knows about it

. .
Not specifically about Jet Engine, but atomization of the liquid fuel to increase the efficiency of jet engine.

From what I understand is that it's a method of mixing fulel liquid with an oxidising liquid at low pressure to increase atomisation and improve combustion .
Fuel and oxidising agents are only used in rocket engines.

What you guys make of it?

Not my field but Jehanzaib Sahib is involved in a lot a of PAF research, in particular DSI on JF17. He is a CFD guy. Very funny guy.

I'm afraid that's not strictly my area of expertise(my area of expertise is nonlinear and intelligent control). However as far as I can read and make sense of it, it deals with a novel method of mixing fuel and oxidizer. But I believe it's not necessarily related to gas turbines as such. Anyways it's a good research and efforts like these are the ones that are genuine and much needed in Pakistan. Btw are applicants working in Pakistan or did they apply working in some western university?
Here in IIT M one of the professors has couple of patents related to acoustic instability in gas turbines. One of his patents deal with prediction of onset of acoustic instability in gas turbines. Another one deals with novel methods of avoiding the same. His patents are really worth a lot of money in Gas turbine world. In fact he's also a consultant for GE etc.

Patent was granted, so they are patent holders not applicants . They are working in Pakistan.

That is wonderful if they are working in Pakistan. I believe it is efforts like these that are actually needed in Pakistan for establishing a decent research eco system that can sustain various weapons development program. Also do look at the def expo pics that I uploaded recently!
