You have to pay additional premium every 2 year. It's not that much though. I think like 40 bucks.

Why paint when getting it wrapped is more cost effective and better as it doesn't ruin the original paint of the car.

I think you still have to keep the original license plate in your car all the time which was first issued by the sate.
