The 'Thank' feature has been misused and abused that in my opinion, it is worthless, but that does not mean I do not appreciate those who believed I contributed to their knowledge, especially in the technical arena, and those who want an American view on this forum, few as we are. I think he is refering American who priotize the interest of America than any other nation..Those Pakistan American who you are refering to may have more alliance towards native country than US..which is most of the time natural too..
And again, here i do not see many Americans are present too....

BTW, another reason may be, the posters may seems to be alligned with Pakistan or China than America itself...Then also, local American poster might not give any rating to him..

There are political right between a Natural Born American (Those who born in the US and its territories) and Naturalized American Citizens such as Classification Standard, running for Oval office and so on. But I am not talking about these rights. For me, an American' American is a person who is pro-US, in other words, all American.

I am a Natural Born American Citizens despite the fact that I live 2/3 of my life outside America. So I don't think it's fair to measure a person "allegiance" based on where the person is born or his/her skin color.
