Can't wait for the Type 052D.

The Type 052C+ should also be going through extensive testing by now.

I have been reading Sino defence fourm for a while now. IT IS GREAT!!

Regarding 052D, according to them, and I believe. Will be build in 2012. Two will be build and go through many testings, after about 2 years of sorting out problems, it will be mass produced like 052C++.

Right now 4 052C++ are being build at the same time and will be lunched in late 2011 at the same time.

It is probable that China will choose the Type 052D to be a mass-produced ship, much like the Arleigh Burke of the United States.

I know that 052D is gonna be every bit as good as the latest Arleigh Burke class DDG.
