Recovered? How do you identify and recover bodies that may have sunk to the sea floor at night? You surely are aware that the Coast Guard carries no such systems like Bathyscaphes etc? If it was that easy to retrieve bodies from the sea then all passengers aboard the AirAsia plane that crashed in the sea recently would have been recovered long ago.

Anyway they werent fishermens.So either smugglers or terrorists ,if they want tobe saved they could have been surrender .Instead they try yo outsmart a ICG ships.
So there is no mistake in their actions.

I don't know if these guys are terrorists or not (maybe/ may not be), but I remember once I met the President on Outlook Magazine several years ago and we discussed Mumbai. He told me that every single day smuggling and unauthorized entry of boats happen- including smuggling, fact is that the security guys thought the boats that brought the terrorists were one of them. Things are very murky on the sea borders. For instance one man in the docks distributed some 1000 kg of sweets when Dawood became a grandfather or somerhing. Not that the security agencies didn't know about it, but then they didn't do much about it either.
