Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha has told the participants of the All Parties Conference that Haqqani network has
complete control over three provinces in Afghanistan while the group has influence in seven provinces. The spymaster told the APC that the Hqqani network, to which Pakistan is blamed for having links, operated independently in seven provinces of war torn Afghanistan. He vowed that Pakistan would not launch any military offensive on the behest of others rather it would go after the militants keeping in view its priorities. Pasha told the APC that the Haqqani network was not operating form Pakistani territory.
