What's new

All of Zardari family members has left Pakistan for Dubai UK and USA

If they never come back to Pakistan and have all their businesses and properties confiscated, it is still a huge win for Pakistan.

This Zardari, Altaf, Sharif cancer must end in Pakistan.

Hi,
With 700 hundreds death on their hand directly and list of corruption cases, with ever cramming breathing spave from Men-in-Uniform, it was meant to happen.

Unless dramatic example are made out of these ruling criminals, system for supporting such actions will only be strengthened.
working for such model is being provided by MC to remind the SC how the work is done, but that too is being blocked.

Since Sc itself know how horrible its reflection is. the so-called current system will only cater for the needs of ultra-rich corrupt families

So you want a crowd to actually invade the SC rather than just shitting on their lawn? How does that help improve anything?

Hi,
No, I didnt suggest that

I want SC to admit its failure and allow MC to operate for a while Learn from it, on how to deliver the justice free from any influence and do its job that it was designed for.

If institutions are failing, then its not because the building is crumbling, its because the people who are ( corrupt) men-in-coats are not doing their job properly and must be replaced immediately and charged for hampering the justice.

Let's see what the SC decides about the amendment that created the MCs first. Who can replace the SC Judges except as permitted by law? Did you see what happened when the illegal dictator General Musharraf dismissed the judges arrogantly?

Hi,
and for the very same reason they were disposed for not doing doing their job properly ( that's entirely another debate)

As i Said if criminals are sitting on institution like government and judiciary, expecting anything more form them is fool out of yourself. The system has not failed but the people running it has. The system in its current form will continue to abuse its authority unless a danda strikes on their head :partay:

That danda is no solution. It may make you feel better for a short time but it will only hurt you more in the long run, as Pakistan's history shows, so clearly, painfully and alas, repetitively.

The correct solution is to make regular elections work well, get better people into the assemblies and have them appoint better people in the courts and all matters that go into making that possible, including social development.

Hi,
what you said is suitable when at least half of the population is literate, when the power of local waders, chaudhris and god knows what is dissolved, so that they cannot be allowed to run a parliament with only baboons there.

who will allow the better people in courts? who will allow the better people in government? when these people themselves make sure that their dynasty will folow the same ruling corrupt elite path, when they are accountable to no one.

Then having danda acts a redundancy program if things that were designed to work in cohesion dont work owing to the corrupt ruling elite.

If the ruling elite was any better in competence and ruling, I would have myself supported them, but what people do you currently and will find if such system is not proper checked in future. the very same jahil waderas wielding their power in their villages.

you will only find handful of people in parliament who are actually qualified and doing their job in good faith, but they have too insignificant power to bring any change on their own.

The system of danda doesn't fail, but is actually undermined by the people who got the bruise on their head. By not only admitting and learning from their ineptness (since they are jahils), they takieit over their ego and opposing the ones who had them danadaed. their struggle is not for serving people but for power that was challenged by danda

So the time to create a literate population was the last six decades. Why did we not do that then? The best thing we can do is to get started now and wait a few decades for it to work. There is no shortcut to this path.

Hi,
Thanks to corrupt elite and waderas for that matter, to keep their power in their areas by sitting in monkey parliament. they ensured that their dominance will never be challenged with.
Taking bloody path is not an option, when a country is in constant threat of its survival by a neighbour 6 times their size and with a country possessing minim credible deterrence( nuke) we will have to use hybrid approach.

Otherwise whatever progress was done will be vanished away along with the country's existence, the system of redundancy has to be there.

with politicians who have treachery in their blood from their ancestors will do anything for money

He is most intelligent person in Pakistan...i admire him...better to run away from Pakistan as far as possible..:sarcastic::sarcastic::sarcastic:

So the hybrid approach has to start with education and health, which means reallocating money, talent and effort. Pakistan already has nuclear weapons, so use that shield to invest in social development instead of defense as the peace dividend. Develop civilian institutions that have been destroyed by the misadventures of the military. Divest the affairs of the State from religious affairs and make religion a personal matter. Let everything percolate for 50 years.

Like it or not, that is the only way.

Hi,
Not destroyed from military approach, but from the ineptness of corrupt incompetent ruling elite.

If military supervises the govt on matters, other than defence. we hear Jahmoriyat ko katra lahak hai and to save such comedy democracy they can go to any length by asking for safe passage and protection from US.

Or if any other leader tries to change the system, then blame is put entirely on military for supporting such people. iI any case you cannot move ahead unless you get rid of criminals sitting on the top.

the system will only work when their is fear on their head that tehy will be removed if they dont do their job right.
But as of now, the spinless ruling elites is in delusion that the whole country is their private estate
