I get your point but just like the US uses such organisations to justify their wars against Muslims ("Oh we're attacking Al Qaeda, not normal muslims"), you are making similar excuses for China. You are turning their war against uighur Muslims into a war against ISIS or PTM minded people.

Sure that's the case for now but as news of the people who have uighur wives, all these trafficking nonsense etc grows. It's only going to change people's opinions once they learn the truth. Imran can feign ignorance for now but it won't work forever.

Chinese are protective and patriotic above anything else. We also need to be protective and patriotic. China won’t lie down in front of the US or any other country like we did. Remember you are either with us or against us ultimatum? Not everyone is like us. We are in such a state today because we don’t know how to defend our identity. Don’t scold others who know how to defend their identity. China didn’t reach this stage by sheer luck. They worked hard and intend to spread prosperity to all nooks and corners of their nation.

You see herein lies the rub. You are either a British, Chinese, Pakistani etc. People like @Numerous are non of that. They are 'Muslim'. That is their identity. My identity is British-Pakistani. That exposes my priorities and impulses. I am informed by what is best for Pakistan and best for Britain. If that entails screwing a few Uigurs or Syrians. So be it. Don't like it but thats realpolitik. I am Muslim in my private space.

People like @Numerous [trust me most British despise his type and the charge is they live under the protection of Her Majesty but show loyalty elsewhere] are 'Muslim' and that tag superceded other identifiers like Pakistan or Britain. Thus these people relate to and have loyalty to, are driven by a global Muslim order. Their loyalty is NOT to the nation state. Such people whether they are in China, Pakistan, Britain,USA, France have their loyalty beyond the state and despise nationalists like me.

I couldn't care less if most Brits despise Muslims, that's their problem not mine. Of course we as Muslims have values which are thoroughly different from the rest of society such the fact we are anti-lgbt and it is fine if we get scorn or hate for our following of Islam. Most Brits I've met have certainly not despised me though, so you may be using your imagination there too much.

I don't despise you because you're a nationalist. I despise you because you attack mosques, you attack the concept of the ummah, you attack people who are less richer than you and you insult people for going to state schools or call them villagers.

In this world alliances are formed on the basis of converging interests. Our alliance with China is rock solid because our interests converge. We are not going to lecture China how it should run its affairs just like we don’t expect China to lecture us. The West is obviously trying to malign China to weaken its relationship with the Muslim world.

Again, the instigator of this propaganda is the US. A criminal nation that has Muslim blood on its hands. Only a fool is going to buy American propaganda against anyone. China wants moderation. The UK and US are allies right and sometimes Theresa May has had to come out and said Trump is wrong for saying XYZ about Muslims. If we too are similar like that with China, then can Pakistan come out and say such actions are wrong by China towards uighur (just assume that it is actually happening even if you don't believe it)? Or will Imran Khan be in trouble for doing that and there would be repercussions for Pakistan? If there will be repercussions then are we really partners in an alliance of sorts?

Bro, I fit in perfectly fine with the Muslim community. I am the many and people like you are the few. I get a long fine with people lol.

You know full well that in that video, they are literally ISIS types holding those cards. I have nothing to do with them. But you, you do. Like you, they are a fringe minority, who are literally despised by the rest of the muslim community. You are two extremes coming from different directions.

I hold normal Muslim beliefs. I'm not some "radical islamist", whatever that means anyway.

Take your views right and say them in the Muslim community. Not amongst your friends or family but in the actual Muslim community. See what happens - you'll be despised and disowned as being some kind of traitor.

Whereas with me, I can take my Muslim views about the ummah (an Islamic concept) and I would have no problem in the community saying it. I can take my views to Pakistan and I would still be perfectly fine because most Pakistanis do care about the ummah. You can be loyal to Pakistan and you can care for a Muslim living 1 million miles away at the same time.

China is not a Muslim majority country. To live in China is to live as a Chinese. If being a Muslim makes it difficult to be Chinese, then they can go elsewhere. Most Chinese Muslims have learned to moderate their religious practices. The ones who are rebellious will have to go to school to learn better.

I dont think so, I believe Muslim right is protected in China as I see from Indonesian vlogger living in China and my friend who once studied in China. If China really oppress Muslim in China there will be retaliation coming from Muslim around the world. China doesnt want to look bad in the eyes of Muslim. Look at how we embargo Israel just for the sake of our brothers and sisters in Palestine
