AK-47 attachments

i have seen many videos of SWAT operation, i've seen multi attachments on AK-47 which Pak Army is using there...does anyone have info regarding those attachments.

we are using many AK models-russian and chinese-and also both AK calibres i.e 5.45 and 7.62
no specific info on attachments. But i clearly saw:
1-red-dot sights (looked like trijicon)
2-all-round rail attachments(looked like mil-std-1913) for accessories
3-under-barrel grenade launchers (russian/chinese)
