Airbus Group Bets Big on LCA

I dont see Tejas Program to go beyond 40 MK1 and 83 MK2 for IAF and 46 Tejas N for Navy thats 169 Aircrafts in total

Their will be only 2 reasons Why IAF or the Navy orders more Tejas
1. ADA Develops an MK3 Variant That exceeds IAF expectations , in such a case expect an order for 40 MK3 by IAF
2. Either the Rafale or the FGFA Deal is cancelled,

in both the above cases expect an order for LCA MK3 only, since with the present order, the deliveries to IAF will complete in 2024 and to Navy by 2026, so their would be enough time to develop an MK3

Why Europeans still don't have DSI technology? They so slow. :disagree:

France can make jet engines and it's not a particularly big country. China and India are way bigger than France. Surely jet engines shouldn't be a problem for China and India. :p:

Priority is the one to be blamed here not the size. China has already achieved a big feat in terms of Engine development and India is catching up.

Whats so special about DSI tech? How is a fighter with DSI intake better than one without it?
