Going by the details of cases that he was convicted on the testimony of boy who later retracted. It is evident that and innocent Indian has been killed in illegal way in Pakistan.

Ordinary Pakistani's are rejoicing his death even some educated one on this forums are convincing them selves that a terrorists has been killed (especially the seem to like the manner in which his head was battered).

To an atheist like me who consider single death for the vast subcontinent as not so big a factor just feel remorse on the two nations in this whole incident:

In both cases the judge ruled as per the evidence presented. There is no evidence that suggests that the evidence was doctored as in sarabjeet case.
