We are there to achieve our objectives. Collateral damage like civilian deaths does not concern us. Everything that stands in our way of our objectives will be neutralized. That includes human shields.

@F-22Raptor , im afraid i have to agree with @SiCiSi . Even though using dumb bombs might cause more civilian casualties, Russia is there to achieve its objectives, and in doing so there will obviously be collateral damage/victims. But so what? War has never been a fairy tale story. So there will always be civilian casualties no matter how much we try to avoid them. Moscow in this regard, couldn't care less as long as it achieves its objectives of securing the Assad regime while maintaining its military base in Syria. Everything else comes secondary to that(if at all.).

So, yes it would have been better for Russia to use precision guided bombs to minimize such unwanted fatalities, but its not really mandatory when you look at the bigger picture. THIS IS WAR(and a geopolitical one at that)

The French army didn't last 2 weeks against the Nazi military. French army waved the white flag instead of fighting to the end.

Let the past in the past you want. Of course the French bashing came from them as we refused to take part in the Iraq war. We are proud of our army,even if the jealous continue to bash it,we fought successfully in the recent years... in Uzbeen,the French paratroopers fought til the death,and they died with honor. Our operation in Mali was a great achievment,we liberated their country with minimal losses. We had a ratio of 1 french soldier to more than 100 terrorists. 3500 of our soldiers are fighting in a large territory that if im not wrong greater than Europe....
Maybe the Chinese soldiers (that are more successfull at killing citizens to protect the ccp) will teach us something ?
Lol at little Chinese sending advisers to Syria,as if they were professional,as if they had any experiance in fighting armed groups.

You do realise the Mali operation was done with full American military support including crucial air logistics. So even the only military operation you have done by yourself needed full American help

The French military is a complete embarrassment to France. They don't have the fighting spirit of other countries. Many weaker and less armed countries fight and resist bravely despite severe losses whereas French soldiers easily surrender at the first sight of adversity. Look how bravely the Soviet army resisted the Nazis and China resisted the mighty Japanese army for 14 years. China at its weakest fought with everything it had despite having no money, no weapons, no nothing.

Nobody respect militaries that quit. French military is famous for quitting that's how the saying of the famous French army rifle emerged....never been fired and dropped only once!

Our European allies helped us with the air logistic,cuz we lacked in this domain,i dont see any problem with it. It is called cooperation with military allies,this word is unknown in China,cuz you pratically have no allies.

The army has been weaken by the former govts saying there would be no more wars in Europe,the morale was very low,the soldiers were abandoned by the politicians, What could have we done against the Blietzkrieg,the luftwaffe etc ? Nothing.
The resistance still fought the Nazis til the liberation....
