Ask anyone? I'm sure many disagree because Gaul covers parts of modern day France, Belgium, northwest Germany and northern Italy. It's your opinion.

History is relative depending on your sources and who your asking but the only people who have claim to the history of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in today's Pakistan are Pakistani Punjabis. Although, I'm not sure if any of them even relate to Sikh Punjabi history.
