That doesn't make sense to me; the published run was seized, so the judge's order refers to future printings of the material.
the order was given in 2015 while the fresh material is seized from printing press just yesterday.

So Police can act against everyone in Pakistan but it should never touch Qadyanis as they are pure and they always have ready-to-play victim card ?

The judge's order had no time limit. Apparently the authorities need a hearing to make their case and cannot seize this material on what amounts to their own judgment - a whim.

Knsa sasta nasha kia hai bhai? :coffee:
@Hell hound @Mentee

It's a well documented fact that this particular community has been subject to persecution at national level for certain reasons but its state responsibility to enforce their constitutional rights --------

As per the Law of the land they are non Muslims. But this thing doesn't warrant others to humiliate them at every given moment and point fingers at their loyalty towards the state of Pakistan

Or is prince Ko dfa mar Kai phirty hain is jaysy nai ki dukaan m :D

.
Why? Is your faith so weak that some poxy Ahmadi propaganda will overwhelm your belief?

Firstly, It's for their own safety mainly , unless we don't have a broad soceity such activities will cause a havoc .

Secondly, it's an innovation .

So other Pakistanis can screw them as long as they don't get caught? Or if they do get caught and the authorities refuse to prosecute? That's really, really, sick thinking.

.
They should go to india if they feel unsafe here .
No we aren't going to accept their religion and literature .
We do not accept their beliefs as Islam but we do accept their right to practice their religion and live in Pakistan as Pakistani citizens with all the rights.
No one should tell them to leave Pakistan or go to India under any circumstances. However they won't and shouldn't be allowed to pretend as Muslims or call their religion Islam. They are not Muslim by the very basic definition of the Islam and our constitution recognises that since 1974.

Firstly, It's for their own safety mainly
If it is for their safety then bloody protect them from the ba*stards who might hurt them.

Secondly, it's an innovation
So? If it is innovation then let the almighty sort them out.

There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

let me tag an ahmedi Pakistani ask him any thing you want
@Pakistani Exile all yours bro

Nothing like Rohingyas at all, I still believe that the vast majority of Pakistanis are tolerant and accepting even if they are not shy to say they have religious differences. The problem is certain constitutional and legal barriers put in place that stop us from worshiping however we want. And of course the constant conspiracy theories spread around by certain clergymen and others who paint us as super evil villains plotting against Pakistan.

Also the Rohingyas issue cannot be compared with Ahmadis. Ahmadis are amongst the founding fathers of Pakistan and proud citizens, several Ahmadis have reached very high positions, there is no Ahmadi genocide going on. Yes there are extreme problems for some and I wished for them to be resolved. It was worse before but I personally think Pakistan is improving a lot, for example the ones responsible for Ahmadi mosque attacks in Lahore were hanged. Which is very endearing considering the fact that normally police did not even bother to investigate cases properly before.

I don't believe the state has the right to dictate to me that I identify myself as something that I don't consider myself to be. For example if tomorrow the world legislates that I am now a "Monkey", it does not make me one and I won't start calling myself a monkey just because the majority feels that way.

PS: I don't speak for the Ahmadiyya community. I am just an individual who happens to be an Ahmadi. The above mentioned facts are just my opinion.

So should we treat them like your country treats Palestinians ?

.
There is a "Genocide" going on against rohingyas how can you even think of comparing them with ahmedias? yes they're discriminated which is shameful but things are changing slowly but comparing them with rohingyas you serious?

You people use these heavy words as if they are nothing, what the Turks did to the armenians was genocide, the Burmese suppression of Rohingas, however deplorable, not even close to genocide.

What I meant was Ahmadis are like stateless citizens whose rights has been severely curbed in Pakistan, not by common people or mulla, but by the constitution

.
Do we know what kind of literature was seized ?

There is one thing about Ahmadis I really don't understand. Why are they missionizing Muslims? Why not Hindus, Christians, Atheists, Jews, Buddhists?

.
She prays for destruction of pakistan.

Sorry but I don't believe you. The Ahmadi Khalifa who all practicing Ahmadis hold in high regards regularly asks all Ahmadis to pray for Pakistan so that all its troubles and problems are solved and people become sensible and tolerant how then can any Ahmadi pray for the destruction of this country?.

I can post both written and visual evidence of this fact, I am sorry to say that I cannot believe you just on your words while I have evidence to suggest otherwise.

I respect your opinion, Thank you so much for wonderfully explaining a rather complex scenario
