Ahead of Modi’s visit to Beijing, a Chinese state newspaper accuses Indians of ‘inferiority’

Indian media have been irresponsibly exaggerating the conflicts between the two sides, adding fuel to the hostility among the public.
And Chinese media should do the same for Indian Army occupying Chinese territory which a practical truth.
And Indian media should do the same for Chinese Army occupying Indian territory and Tibet.

.
India is inferior to China in EVERY single way. Indians are inferior to Chinese in every way including height.

There wasn't even a country called 'India' before the British glued together a bunch of weak little kingdoms and called it 'India'.

This is why the thing you call 'India' today will eventually break up like what happened to Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union. Artificially created countries eventually face their demise, 'India' will face the same fate.

So much for 5.2 guys in PLA.
:rofl::rofl:

On topic :And Chinese shown their place when our GoI warned their envoy about economic corridor.
They can terrify smal SCS nation.
But dont work in here.Soon they can understand that.

Unfortunately for you, Washington still officially recognizes Tibet as a province of China. Just look at our CIA World Factbook website.

Washington also recognizes a lot of Islands in SCS as Japanese.

We don't care. China is an illegal occupier of Indian Territory along with Tibet. Our media must focus on this and spread the message to the world.

We may find it odd but you can not but agree that China has checkmated India with Pakistan & the U.S., South Korea & Japan with North Korea. The Chinese don't need to get their hands too dirty but their job gets done.

And entire neighbours of China is against them.Have you ever see a need of the Chinese warship nearer to US Coast?.But US is parking their 6 mighty CBG in nearer to that of China.
NK is virtually unstable and Pakistan can be clamped down by west and their GCC if needed.
If tommorrow US and India jointly blocked Malacca and Persian Gulf China wll be strangled with out any resources.
India still has an independent foreign policy .That is the only advantage of China only for now.

Just days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Beijing, a state newspaper in China has published a damning op-ed that caustically criticized the Indian leader and the Indian people on the whole. Indian readers have not failed to notice.

The article, written by Hu Zhiyong, a research fellow with the Institute of International Relations at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, was published in the Global Times on Tuesday. In the article, Hu argues that Modi has been "playing little tricks" to boost his prestige and apply pressure to Beijing.

The article then went on to lament the poor state of Sino-Indian relations before laying the blame at the feet of Indian citizens and their media.

"Due to the Indian elites' blind arrogance and confidence in their democracy, and the inferiority of its ordinary people, very few Indians are able to treat Sino-Indian relations accurately, objectively and rationally," Hu wrote. "Worse, some Indian media have been irresponsibly exaggerating the conflicts between the two sides, adding fuel to the hostility among the public."

Hu also warned that Modi should not visit the disputed border region disputed by India and China, and advised the Indian government to stop supporting the Dalai Lama.

The aforementioned Indian media has not failed to notice the report, with headlines in a number of publications noting the more damning aspects of the op-ed. "It cannot be assumed that this savagely critical opinion is universally held in the corridors of power in Beijing," Sutirtho Patranobis of the Hindustan Times noted, "but the texture and timing of the write-up does throw light on how India and Modi are looked at, at least among some in the strategic circles in China."

On Twitter, many Indian users were similarly concerned.

Haven't seen a shriller article. Haven't seen an article where trolls/commentators made more sense and demanded less Can Modi’s visit upgrade Sino-Indian ties? - Global Times

Chinese state daily: 1) Indians are inferior 2) Modi shouldn't visit Arunachal Pradesh. Can Modi’s visit upgrade Sino-Indian ties? - Global Times All this during Modi visit.

The Global Times is often perceived as a mouthpiece for the more hardline elements in China's Communist Party, and it's op-eds are well-known for firing insults abroad (last year one writer called Australia a nation "roamed by rascals and outlaws from Europe").

This latest op-ed article, which come just two days before Modi is due to arrive, may seem especially ill-timed – both sides appear prepped for a friendly visit, with the social media-savvy Indian prime minister even launching a Sina Weibo account to talk to average Chinese Web users. But the Global Times also has a reputation for running hardline articles around bilateral meetings. And despite the high hopes for the visit, vast tensions remain between Beijing and New Delhi.

Ahead of Modi’s visit to Beijing, a Chinese state newspaper accuses Indians of ‘inferiority’ - The Washington Post

I really wonder why Chinese political establishment are make sully mistakes at rating from their foreign policy which is actually counterproductive .with all aggressive stand and not moving beyond verbal threat is strengthening its enemies and letting its enemies to form Anti China block . And now this "INFERIORITY COMPLEX" Seriously I mean seriously ?

Last thing Chinese want is to discuss inferiority complex . I don't do anything but just searches in Google search. on inferiority complex if China,I must accept am baffled with the result .

This is one such link from PDF :Why do Chinese and Koreans have Inferiority Complex against Japanese?

And lots other discussion in Why Chinese have inferiority complex . Where as in India its different story. Even if you talk with a beggar and ask him about India he will say it's a greatest country with proud history and hopefully superpower future . Its superiority complex even after 1000 years of invasion .Because 1000 year of invasion is overwhelmed by 10000s years of superior history which we even today follow the oldest way of life .

Wonde why so many mistakes by CPC .In fact am big fan of Chinese economical growth for the last 30 years . Even thou it has lots of flaws the way Chinese grew was mind boggling.

To sum it up .I like to say That overall economic condition of the countries are divided into

Upper class
Upper middle class
Lower middle class
Lower class

In this India and China is in the same position of Lower Middle-Class .But the thing is China is in upper level of Lower Middle class where as India is in lower level of Lower middle class . Hope you all understood the point I made . :-)

But they will be a million times better than Indian banks and Indian groups.......oh wait....there are none

Pretty certain Indian missiles don't even work as well as North Korean ones

Ya right it would be a good experience foryou when the K4 advanced Quasi ballistic missile eats the Beijing.

Dont insult our friends Russians in here with your retarded comments.

You are looking at it all wrong, the Chinese have an interest in being top dog here in Asia. Locking India in a perpetual conflict with Pakistan helps them achieve that goal. Pakistan on its own would never have been able to sustain a prolonged confrontation with India and would have eventually come to terms or sued for peace. Chinese assistance (insignificant in overall Chinese defence outlay) to Pakistan is what keeps it going. You ask what if they were friends with India, the key here is that it is the Indians asking that, the Chinese simply are not interested. They want subservience, not the friendship of equals. This behaviour works for them.

Even India has ambitions of being top dog in Asia. India has weakened pakistan by taking away half its resources and creating a separate country called BD. It is as strategic and a significant victory as china taking over Tibet.

If it wasn't for nukes that pakistan wisely gained and India strategically failed to prevent, pakistan would have disintegrated. That was an Indian diplomatic defeat. But its never too late to correct that. If pakistan ties us down, Taiwan and Japan ties down China. Not to mention India tying down china.

Chin'as success is built on its economic model, not its diplomatic success which is insignificant.

I never asked if china were friends with India. Nor do I expect them to be. Not while we are weaker than them.

Whether North Koreans like the Chinese or not is irrelevant, the Chinese don't much care for the "liking". What they want is for their purposes to be served with whatever tools necessary. Their dislike of the Japanese is long & persistent & no matter how high the trade (something that many Indians pushing for better trade relations should remember), their hatred has shown no let up.

Again, mishandling of NK is relevant to show the ham handed diplomacy of China. The Nukes they have can far more easily target China than they can target the US :disagree: Now it has just become more likely due to their dislike for China.

China's like and dislike is not relevant either. Like someone with a Nepoleon complex, the larger they get, the less useful will this strategy be to them.

Their biggest mistake was with the SCS aggression, it made a lot of the smaller countries to fall back into the U.S. camp. However India has not learnt much, dilly-dallying with the U.S. but also trying to be mindful of Chinese feelings, something China repeatedly shows it doesn't care about with their relations with Pakistan. A skewed trade imbalance & frequent border incursions have been our only rewards for our pussyfooting.

The Chinese will do what they want to in pursuance of their national interests, we should be equally ruthless in doing the same.

Indian failure is not exactly chinese success. Its not a zero sum game and you should not view it like one.

Our weak political leadership and poor economic policy combined with choose the wrong geo-political allies for the past decade or two forced us to go soft on the borders.

But in a democracy like India, it is self correcting. It will only delay our national interest, not prevent it. China OTOH has no such mechanism.

at the end of the day both of your militaries are obsolete.

your fight wont last long and end in stalemate.

I don't think the incompetent Indian military personnel even knows how to operate the weaponry they buy. The weapons they buy are trophy weapons. India is such a backward country which is why others feel sympathy towards them.
