I am a believer of god,but doesn't follow a religion. I have opened threads on my views twice,and both were closed. This will be closed too.

Yeah . This School of Thought is also Great imo . People like Bulleh Shah , Waris Shah and bazillion such thinkers .

The only thing that separates Good from Bad is their own consciousness, religion is supposed to redefine that path to it's followers, which it failed miserably.

Nice . So something Like Osho said about Consciousness or "Supreme-consciousness" .. That is also an Ancient School of thought which has quite a following even today . I find it Impressive and Intriguing .

Religion is very basic, everyone can be a very good Hindu or a good Muslim or a Good Christian, the only thing no religion pays emphasis is self judgement on being a 'good person'.

I never find anything good in feeding a stone idol, i'm better off giving it to the beggars outside a temple.
