Way too much borrowing going on in the symbolism for the squadron.
The red star represented the soviets for the NATO hence Nato aggressors would fly with red stars to give an added realism which led to the Agressor logo.

Pakistan has no communist red star to fight, yet the PAF decided to (probably in their consistent attempts to be USAF) adopt the symbol.
It was better served with a Saffron Roundel.

The issue is not that the next generation studied in USA ,UK or Europe. Even I have spent most of my student life in Europe but it never stops any one of not learning from Muslim texts.

old f16s might happen given pakistan is helping USA but new f16s will not happen as no way congress or POTUS is going to support US funds

even used f16 is extremely unlikley as pakistan is on the back foot here

yes, i am also doubting f16 even the old version. But given how TIT loves to make deals - they may have decided to throw crumbs to buy loyalty
