What China did on South China Sea International verdict was a result of China's enormous clout in the comity of powerful nations. Had it been India embroiled & enmeshed in such case, International Pariah it would have been declared even by her own powerful friends on both sides of Atlantic.

Bottom line: Low income country as India is weak Internationally, lacks funds, lowest per capita among G-20. And such country can not be called a tower of power, as China stands today.
