Tomorrow morning is the union cabinet meeting AT 9 30.
see the bills on official work to be lay'd in the parliament.
the amount of deployment is for controlling any violent protest civilian or militant.
Besides its the perfect time ,President Rule.
The only other possibility is delimitation.

Delimitation is bigger in my opinion.

Once done their will be a BJP Hindu CM in Srinagar, Kashmir.

Then 370, 35a anything can be removed with ease.

Both 370 and 35A are removed effectively from midnight 6th Aug as per few sources. As well the state partition all together three things are planned. All documents are ready, two extended parliament day will be used to passes all the bill with required majority very easily. All the member of both house seems to be travelling( convoy movement reported on national highways) tonight towards the Capitol.
