Your data is wrong about 2/3 majority. Only presidential order are needed. Assembly=Governer. So only two people signature are needed. from midnight 6th Aug. Both rules 370/35A are terminated.

Agree, next few months will be hard to bring the valley to normal. But seems like Indian had done this in the past with other freedom struggle across Punjab, Nagaland, Mizoram etc. so they had some experience of how to do it.
