What do you mean make it clear? Australia is not like India, Pakistan etc where you can kill someone and pay a bribe and get away with it. In Australia, if you get caught drink driving you lose your license for 3 months and get fined heavily if you get caught the third time you lose your license for life and you get jail time and the fines are around the $10 - $15,000 AUD range.

I was speaking generally,more about European cases,when migrants have been slapped on the wrist for assaults and other serious crimes mostly in Sweden and Germany and not even jailed or deported.Instead the authorities seem more concerned about covering them up instead of their own citizens safety.
Thanks for the info that you can't bribe your way out of murder in Australia though,it was something I've always wondered about.

if Europeans hit hard against crimes of immigrants it will reduce crime. It might even reduce anti-immigrant sentiment

Exactly.Unfortunately many police forces in Europe seem more tolerant of migrant criminals for fear of being perceived as racist or intolerant.They have no problem however,going after their own citizens for just speaking up against migration and portraying them as extremists.

They have, but they let in around several thousand during the 90's so are now dealing with this. They'll have to wait a while before this storm passes over.
