Even their police, are no less than soldiers. What they lack is proper air support, i guess. Although i dont think pakistan would invade afghanistan, its stupid and impossible, but lets suppose it happens, then there is chance that Afghan taliban (except haqqani network) and Afghan security forces would forget their war with each other and would prepare themeselves to deal with invader.

I'd like to point out that Samurai (while they did have a code of honor) weren't actually all that honorable. Loyal, yes, to the Shogunate, but honorable? That's debatable at best. Just like medieval knights, they were known for burning down entire villages, along with looting, abuse of power and murder.

Afghan Defense Minister Bismillah Khan Mohammadi says Afghan forces are ready to take action against Pakistani troops if they do not stop firing rockets on Afghan border villages immediately.

General Mohammadi, however, also told Afghan parliamentarians that the country’s military forces would wait for an order by the government to retaliate the attacks.

The warning came as tensions have been on the rise between Afghanistan and Pakistan in recent months over cross-border attacks.

Afghan officials say at least six people were killed and around 40 others injured by rockets fired from Pakistani territory in recent days.

The Afghan government also warned on Sunday that it would pull out of the security talks with Islamabad over the alleged cross-border rocket attacks by the Pakistani military.

Afghan security officials have already said they will not participate in a regional security summit in Islamabad scheduled for June 4.

On May 27, more than 300 rockets fired from the Pakistani side of the border, landed in different parts of Afghanistan.

Earlier in May, a Pakistani security official was killed by shots fired from Afghanistan in the mountainous border tribal region of Bajaur, which has seen bitter exchanges between the two countries over the demarcation of their border.

Dont mess with the pak army, they will wipe the floor with you. Your military isn't developed to take on Pak army yet. You have a long way to go. Doesnt matter, ANA consists of northern alliance, they are huge cowards and have absolutely no motivation to fight. They cannot fight Pak army. All pak army has to do is call off an airstrike around the border and all their targets will vanish in the dirt. I am not even trying to brag Pak army here, but I dont think its a smart idea to mess with the pak military, they are way too strong for afghanis.
