I thought my post was very clear and straight forward.

india has been for while especially during nehru era claiming everything

in 1947 two states did annexation with Pakistan, one lasted for over a year state of junagrah and is still shown in Pakistani official maps but india took them by force and did referendum to declare it its part
than in 1970 another country sikkam was digested by india through referrundum
india also digested goa thorugh same strategy
GB was never part of kashmir and was under direct british rule but just before tehy left it was handed over to mah raja which was odd as mah raja and no control waht so ever, GB rifles(british forces) revolted against maha raja and later advanced forward after annexation

intially both india and pakistan never really considered it as part of problem but as we know india habit of claiming everything

Let's say a US flies a transport plane through GB and Pakistan shoots it down.

How many countries would support you when Pakistan claims sovereignty over GB as the basis to take such an action?

1) Pakistan's legal case is weaker in case of GB than it is for Baluchistan.

2) If GB is cut off, CPEC & Gwadar have no value.

Pakistani kashmir and GB is Pakistan and no one can Fly anything over it without Pakistan's permission. Pakistan do not need support from any country to defend itself.

I am not talking about the support of the people. This is purely a legal issue that I am highlighting.

Pakistani case would be weaker if they did not had elected Gov they have so now it is proved that no one can interfere as people voted with a turn out rate of more than 70%. Legally that is a shutup call to USA and India. If there is an 51% turn out rate then they are legally Pakistan, Pakistani Gov holding elections was not stopped by UN so now they cannot interfere ever.

There would not be any war across LOC to capture GB. Only airspace would be used to transport the goods.

It would be upto Pakistan to shoot or not shoot.

I think Pakistan would make noises but would not shoot US transport planes.

I think he is thinking of through Chahbahar, by Air to indian port and then by sea chahbahar , Afghanistan. genius Idea to involve India in this supply route, but not possible because India do nto shae border with Afghan and using Iranian port for this is little far fetched.
