Dreams to get the afghan war spilled into pakistan was the motivating force behind indian investments and US continued presence in kabul but now when they and their allies have realized this plan is not gonna work they want to put the things on slow burner while making internal Pak environment more favorable with the help of front men like altaf hussain and fazal ullah.
