I don't understand you. You were happy and cheerful when Taliban ran over Afghanistan kicking out the government in Kabul. Now you're angry because Afghan refugees are pouring into Pakistan and changing the country's social, demographic and cultural make up?

Any anger Afghans have is justified. People here call others racist but ignore their own blatent racism. To stereotype entire people is racism. Period.
But beyond that they ignore that Afghanistan has been used by Pakistani elite as a prostitute to fund themselves. This is fact. At least two decades of tsunami of dollars came from riding the 'Afghan lottery;.
Let me explain. Whatever happened inside Afghanistan before Soviet invasion in 1979 was indeed the fault of Afghans. It;s not like the Pakistani rulinh elite is koshur as we have seen from recent events.
However instead of taking a considered distance from Soviet invasion the Pakistani military junta led by Zia saw it as a 'ping, ping, ping' lotto lottery jackpot.

Between 1979-1989 billiions of dollars rained on Pakistan leading to urban class living it rich as the money trickled down. Again Afghan lotto.
Then from 1989 to 2002 Pakistan went through being squeezed. No more dollars or F-16s etc. Come 2002 again 'ping, ping, ping' Afghan lotto hits the jackpot. Billions of dollars pour in under Musharaf and another batch of F-16 Block 52s land in Pakistan. Fanboys are masturbating again.
Entire Pakistan's economy begins to boom as US dollars pour in. Most of this money ends up or trickles into large cities like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad in hands of urban classes - the same ones who complain here.
Karachi becomes a veritable Las Vegas as money pours in. There are fortunes to be made from billions of dollars of military logistic contracts as that port becomes main supply hub for entire ISAF and NATO forces in Afghanistan. Mafias loot the trucks, contracts et. Dollars, dollars. Musharaf chucks billiions to his MQM allies from all that US largess he recieves for selling Afghanistan. Again Afghan lotto.
But racists here who have lived of the pimped proceeds of Afghanistan cry about a fcukin park of refugees. If this was Turks in Istanbul I might understand but coming from people who have livedc off the pimped proceeds of Afghan blood it's bit rich.
All the while when cities like Karachi are full of score of millions of illegal Indians, Bengalis who have turned thar city into a mafia infested city famous across the world.
