There are many Afghans who have now attained Pakistan NIC or have inter-mingled with the locals to an extent that they cannot be identified as Afgans. Most of these afgan refugees are Pakhtun who speak only Pashto so tahts why they prefer to stay in KPK because of sharing same languages and government represent all four province and its not Punjabi but government who decided that its in best interest of Pakistan to send these refugees back ..You probably did not read baloch minister statement

The people of kpk have protested against the Afghan refugees since kpk has been most effected due to their presence economically and physically due to terrorism brought forward by them.
The govt of KPK has actively taken part in their repatriation and has been very active in taking them out especially the illegal ones. In fact the federal govt has been very soft as compared to kpk and Baluchistan provincial govts where the Baluchistan govt has very venemously spoken against them. Infact the nationalist parties of Baluchistan have feared the refugees due to the baluch becoming a minority with the increase of pashtuns. A fact Indian trolls neither know nor understand.
Achakzai the head of pkmap is located only and only in northern Baluchistan which is pashtun dominated and that's where afghan refugees are and most cases of refugees being given NIC illegally bcz that's achakzais vite bank. Pkmap has zero seats in kpk assembly.
The baluch nationalist parties that is why they have issues with the census bcz they fear the refugees may get counted making baluch a minority. Infact no province hates them more than Baluchistan due to ethnic issues but expecting troll Indians to comprehend these facts is impossible.
As for the Punjabi army. The Army is volunteer ( something they cant wrap their brains around) and recently has been recruiting from other corners as well. Ten thousand Baluchis have been inducted since the Baluchistan development began.
The best part is that the army is in FATA only. FC runs kpk and Baluchistan protection and they control security. Asking them to understand FC is impossible as well. FC is leading the border controls and gate construction. These Indians need to learn history and what happened to afghan army that dared to cross the Durand in the 60s.
Anyhow this is just the tip of the iceberg.
