I don't agree Mullah had any info. If you take a look at the events from march you can get the picture. Taliban started spring offensive Afghan and NATO forces started losing territory and Taliban started gaining it. The offensive was starting to threaten whole Afghanistan with no solution for northern alliance and the Ghani pleaded for a cease fire Taliban accepted the cease fire. He called COAS. there was a small attack on Faryar and area fell entirely. Ghani invited COAS to Kabul and Mullah was killed. Now the latest statement from Ghani is.
