Citizenship thing is a fiasco and IK is facing a lot of resistance. I think he has some very stupid advisors. He himself should have done the home work. I'm in favour of giving some sort of legal status but they already have a legal status as refugees. Not only traders and businessmen in KPK are angry, IK made an agreement with BNP and agenda point 6 of their agreement is about the honourable of return of Afghan refugees from the province (Balochistan) to Afghanistan. Thus, BNP are pretty pissed off with this backtracking.
IK should have done his home work. The difference between the developed and under-developed countries is the diligent home work put into policy-making by the former and a total lack of in the case of latter.

We need to facilitate on humanitarian basis but citizenship is a step too far under the current circumstances. Furthermore, I don't see the reason for IK to raise this issue at this time. Now he wants to increase the tax collection but at the same time, he is pissing of the business men...well good luck then.

We can resettle 75 Million Pakistani Population in Afghanistan and reduce burden on Pakistani cities
